Shipping policy
In Spain you receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the time you place it, preparation included. In the rest of the EU the usual time is 1 to 3 weeks, and in Latin America 2 to 3 weeks, a little longer in remote areas.
Delivery times
- Spain: 7 to 10 business days from the time you place your order (preparation included).
- Rest of the EU: 1 to 3 weeks from the time you place your order.
- Latin America: 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place your order, a little longer in remote areas.
These are estimated times. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, there may be occasional delays.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, with 1 necklace or more, to any country we ship to. At checkout you will see €0 for shipping. Any import taxes and duties that may apply in some countries are explained below, under "Taxes and customs".
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It may take 24 to 48 hours to show the first updates.
Countries we ship to
We ship to the countries shown as available at checkout. If yours does not appear, write to us at sabrelia.store@outlook.com.
Incorrect address
Please check your address before paying. If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it; the cost of the new shipment is at your expense.
Order that doesn't arrive
If more than 30 calendar days have passed since your order and you have not received it, write to us at sabrelia.store@outlook.com. We will resend it or refund the full amount.
Customs and taxes
Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, which are paid by the recipient.
Taxes and customs. Orders are shipped from a warehouse of our supplier located outside the European Union. For deliveries to Spain and the rest of the EU, we handle and pay the VAT and customs charges when processing the order: they are included in the price and you will not have to pay anything more on receipt. For deliveries to Latin America, your country's import taxes and duties may apply at the time of delivery and are the buyer's responsibility; they are not included in the price. If you are asked to pay a charge that you believe has already been paid, write to us at sabrelia.store@outlook.com before paying it.
