These terms govern the purchases you make in this online store. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

2. Products

Photos and descriptions are for guidance only. There may be small differences in shade or size between the image and the product you receive.

Sabrelia is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any film or television franchise, studio or brand, and our products are not official or licensed products.

3. Orders

The purchase contract is formed when you confirm payment and receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order because of an obvious pricing or availability error; in that case we refund the full amount.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. The final price appears at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Payments are processed through the methods shown at checkout; we do not store your card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs and conditions are set out in our Shipping policy.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order with a 100% refund, in line with the legal right of withdrawal. The details are in our Refund policy.

7. Legal guarantee

As a consumer, you are entitled to the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under the terms set by current regulations.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logo and design of this website belong to Sabrelia or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written authorization.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the website running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. This does not affect your rights as a consumer.

10. Personal data

We process your data as explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
